Nordahl Solutions, Inc.
We help Yardi clients get their software and their accounting working together, from implementation and training to reports and day-to-day support.
Our approach comes from experience. The company is led by Ann Nordahl, who started in property accounting in 2001 and spent the next decade growing with one company, from staff accountant to Assistant Controller, and ended up running its Yardi system along the way. She then moved into dedicated Yardi roles, and later led implementations at a consulting firm.
That path means we’ve sat in your chair. We know what month-end feels like, what a rushed conversion costs, and what users need before go-live.
